In early April 2024, my bride & I were walking our dog and I slipped on some dirt & water from a neighbor who was incorrectly backwashing his pool to a sidewalk. I had a hard fall and injured a finger rather badly.It was around 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening and I tried several nearby urgent cares. A number of them that said online they were open were not, several others said they did not want to take any more cases and at least 2 were downright rude.I called this Banner Care @10330 N Scottsdale Road and spoke with (CMA) Lori F. who was helpful and encouraging. This is the best urgent care in Scottsdale I highly recommend them. This facility is highly clean and all the staff and Dr’s are highly knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.

The doctor’s care during our visit was exceptional, showing real knowledge and concern for my son’s health. Patient well-being is clearly her focus.However, our interaction with the front office manager/receptionist didn’t match the warmth we received from the medical staff. This isn’t meant to criticize her personally, but there was a noticeable difference in the level of welcoming vibes. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps create a consistently warm experience across all interactions at the clinic.
