Dr Babey is a wonderful and caring physicians. But Optum has ruined everything else here. Bulling and customer service are abhorrent. And sadly I will be finding a new PCP as a result.

First, Dr Muncy is terrific. That being said, ever since the optum change I feel I get Nickle and dimed for everything. They know my history and feel it is necessary for me to see the doctor and pay for a full visit Just to get the bloodwork order submitted to evaluate my prescription. Not a post bloodwork visit, but a pre which makes no sense. Why should I need to see the doctor before my bloodwork when all the changes and consultation needed is done after the bloodwork results? Getting double dipped.

Do not come here. You will waste your time and money. Dr. Rama Vasireddy Will force you to take unnecessary bloodwork, as well as recommend only options that will pay her out in the long run. She would recommend you to secondary physicians in order so she can review your work so she can have more money for more appointment visits. I went into this office and came out sicker than I walked in. She has no expertise as well as knowledge And only recommend secondary options for you to come back for visits to pay her. Stay away stay away, stay away
