Update: Dr. Babey has also left this practice. What a shame. 4C took over and then became part of Optum. It has ruined this practice! You cannot speak to anyone at the office now you must go through a call center which are incredibly rude to you. I saw a female physician whom I won't name but they made an incredible error that could have cost me my surgery that was pending. I will never go back to this practice again. Unfortunately Dr babby has gone to a concierge practice and it won't be affordable to me but he was wonderful! I wish him well. So my review has changed dramatically in the past 6 years. FYI, I read that he will be practicing at the Deer Valley Honor Health at the end of July. My daughter saw the new nurse practitioner today to get refills on the medicine she has been taking for 13 years now. The nurse told her that she only showed records for this year and that there were no records on her prescriptions. She refused to refill 1 of them and the other she gave 1/4 of what she normally takes and told her she needs to go to another practice. My daughter said that she couldn’t believe how rude and matter...read full review
