4C Medical Group - Scottsdale Shea/96th

This is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to! Front desk girls are amazing and helpful! The office is super clean! Parking your car is no problem at all! I see Dr. Sista and she is absolutely amazing! She takes her time to listen and she really cares about her patients! She makes me feel very comfortable and at ease with any health concern I have. She is very knowledgeable and always has a solution! I highly recommend!

I was seeing an Endocrinologist who was adamant about getting access to my CGM. I couldn’t understand why as I make adjustments and manage my T1D but figured no big deal. I was shocked to see a $550 collections charge on my credit report. They purposely mislead me to make extra money that I did not authorize, and I was unaware of. I have been forced to open a dispute and possibly get a lawyer to protect my credit because of the greed here. I would strongly suggest finding a different physician.

Was a great medical practice.. now it’s too corporate and I feel bad for the Dr’s stuck under this corporation that seeks profit over patient care.. Since Optum has taken over I can’t even believe the terrible treatment offered (should be reported).. disgusting!! after 10+ years there I’m leaving!! Optum is terrible.. stay away!!!
