“Very good gym compared to other big name gyms in the area. Even at rush hour u can still find equipment to use even if it means changing your workout plan once in a while. The trainers are great also. Mike the trainer manger is great and personable and will work with you on a fitness plan. Also gave me a great deal. And Todd my personal trainer has been the best one I've had out of all my trainers in the past. Very knowledgeable with his workouts and very motivational during the workouts. If you wanna push yourself then he will make it happen. I have no complaints with this gym. No judgment or intimidation here with other members. -Miguel“

ZenLife Center for Healing Yoga

“As someone who has moved away from the area, I still find myself longing for the peaceful and rejuvenating experiences I had at ZenLife Center for Healing. This studio offers a truly transformative and enriching yoga practice along with other healing modalities that goes beyond your standard yoga studio. One of the standout aspects of ZenLife is the incredible team and yoga instructors. Each instructor brings a unique style and expertise to their classes, creating a diverse and well-rounded experience. They are not only knowledgeable and skilled in their craft but also passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with their students. Their guidance and encouragement helped me deepen my practice and explore new postures and techniques. The studio itself is a haven of serenity. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The space is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming environment. One of the highlights of my time at ZenLife Center for Healing was the variety of classes offered. From gentle and restorative yoga to more vigorous vinyasa flows, there was something for everyone. The class schedule was extensive, providing a range of options throughout the week. This allowed me to tailor my practice to my schedule and explore different styles of yoga. The instructors were always attentive to the needs and abilities of the students, providing modifications and adjustments as necessary. The sense of community at ZenLife is also worth mentioning. Even after moving away, I still would like to maintain the connection to the studio and its community. The staff and fellow yogis were friendly, supportive, and welcoming. There was a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose that made each class feel like a collective journey. The studio also hosted workshops and special events that fostered connection and personal growth, providing opportunities to learn from experienced practitioners and expand my understanding of yoga and healing.Although I am no longer a regular visitor to ZenLife Center for Healing, the impact it had on my yoga practice and overall well-being is undeniable. It is a place that nourishes the body, mind, and soul, and I am grateful for the experiences I had there. If you are seeking a yoga studio that offers a holistic and transformative practice, I highly recommend exploring ZenLife Center for Healing.Thank you ??Tim“

“I have never loved any exercise like I love Pilates! Their instructors are so knowledgeable and check your form really closely - I have been injured doing other types of workouts so this is super important to me. Everyone is so nice too. I especially love Bailey and Rick - such incredible instructors. Love this place, 10 stars!!!!“

“Decent gym, a little too spread out for my routine but they have just about anything you need. The problem lies with the squat rack/deadlift platforms. There just aren't enough available most of the time. On the bright side, there are plenty of benches for chest routines and a good selection of dumbbells in the main lift area and team area along with a huge selection of machines for every muscle group. The sauna and pool are a nice added benefit also. Worth a look if you are looking to find a gym for yourself.“
