I met him on a walk around the block. We said hello for a long time. I could see life had kicked his buttocks just like mine. Except his was a daughter and mine a son. Eventually we struck up a longer conversation. I gave him my business cards and told him to swing by the office if he ever needed my services. One day he did, and i showed him the shitshow of a job left by the guy from Brunson who left us hanging with equipment slowly not running well. Well. Today we saw each other again, just as my landscaper had accidentally cut through my internet and wifi cables. He is going to update my system at my new job locations and save me tons of cadh by integrating the really expensive cameras and systems we alarm already. I will give an update in March to let you all know how it went. He only got the contract because he drove by my house this morning. Being at the right place at the right time isn't just luck. It is the interesting intersection of where preparedness meets opportunities
If you want the best then SanTan communications is it hands down. As an IT expert of more than 20 years I have used them on any job. They have always stood rock solid behind their work, not that I've ever had to call them about a problem except the ones I've created for myself. They fixed my issues with a smile and always asking if I needed any more help. Oh and BTW Tom rocks.
