“Tina just took on the orneriest, meanest 20+ pound kitty in four counties and made him look like a handsome boy. And he was a MESS! Tina had him under control, in a crate, and onto her grooming table in no time flat. She transformed him and, when he got over being mad at the two of us, he was so happy to have a clean bottom and no mats, he has been purring and smiling all day and evening.
