Have not wrote a review in a while about anything and rarely 5 stars. But this place is amazing. First off I'm one of those fearful for my life when it comes to a dentist. Childhood trauma type thing. And to add to my trauma I gag a lot so there's that. This place really makes you feel comfortable and they will listen to you and also understands you. Why? Because others have come here just like me. So my nerves went down a little cause I needed an extraction and they made it really easy for me to not worry. In all my years of going to the dentist for only extraction and sometimes cleaning, I am finally home. I will cry now best experience ever.
Tiffany was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, talked me through everything she was doing, Margo came in and gave me a quote on what little work that I needed to have done and we got everything scheduled around my work schedule. The fill in doctor for the doctor out on leave was very nice and professional as well. I think I found my new dentist after being here 2 years! ?
Staff was very professional everyone knew there job and were very kind and empathetic concerning my issues. I do believe I have found my dental clinic. I am so relieved as cotton ridge was my 3rd attempt at finding a dentist that was more concerned about my dental health and not how to up sale me.
