Tom came to fix a leak on our RO system. He squeezed us in at the end of his day on a Friday! He explained what was wrong and corrected it. He also made corrections to other things that needed attention. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Tom. He was fair, honest, knowledgeable and followed through on everything (which many companies do not). We inherited our existing filter/softening system that was installed by another company when we purchased our home. The brine tank was leaking. Tom was great at getting that taken care of, along with some other repairs, but that's only half the story. I also took some of his recommendations for our filtering systems and the difference in our water quality is night and day difference. He knows his stuff and truly cares about ensuring you get clean safe water!

Tom is knowledgeable and professional, I’m so pleased with the service he provided on our R/O system and water softener. I appreciated his thorough answers to my several questions as this is the first time owning these systems. Thank you, we will see you in 6 months!
