Was having issues with a water softener that I bought from another company and I called around to see if anyone else could help since the initial seller wasn't getting back to me. Despite not selling me the unit Tom walked me through troubleshooting and correcting the settings over the phone. Tom was very friendly, kind, and patient. He was able to immediately diagnose and correct the issue. My biggest regret was not purchasing a unit from this company beforehand but they will have my services going forward. Can't recommend them enough.
Tom was able to come to do our service in a timely manner. He was professional and explained what everything was going to cost. Very satisfied, as usual, with the service he provided.
We had Tom out to our new home to install reverse osmosis system he was on time , very very friendly and fast installation. He also came out on a Saturday so we could have clean fresh water as we moved into our new home .
He also looked at our soft water system and is going to service and repair our new system.
