I loved the spa here! Not only the spa but the facilities, the shop and everything else they offered here. Not to mention Tabby the director was so awesome and helped me with a ton of things well utilizing the services at Alvea in Encanterra!
Couples massage was like no other. Best massage I have ever had. The spa was really relaxing. My two biggest complaints was 1. The spa cafe was grossly understaffed and we waited forever to be served and the order was wrong (he didn't write it down) 2. After about 10 am it gets so packed in there that suddenly it isn't relaxing anymore.
I’ve been here three times now and everyone I’ve seen is phenomenon. I’m highly considering doing a subscription if that’s what you call it for them because I thoroughly enjoy getting a massage there. I gifted my dad and my husband a massage chairs. Well they both really enjoyed it and we’re super relaxed before our wedding. .
