Southwestern Eye Center: R. Scott Sellers OD

This is a review of the Optical Department. I ordered prescription reading glasses and over the course of three months, they gave me the wrong prescription three times. The first time they just gave me the wrong prescription. The second time I was unable to read my computer. The third time one lens was different from the other lens. After three failed attempts I asked for a refund. The office manager said I would be refunded in 4-6 weeks, but was not very cordial and implied that it was my fault their prescriptions were wrong because I shouldn't expect to be able to read a computer with reading glasses.
