Returned my call within an hour. I was able to set up a time that was convenient for me. Shortly before the plumbers arrival I received a call to let me know he was on his way. Also was sent a photo of the serviceman with his name. It was a clogged sink drain and disposal. Took no time at all for him to fix. Was very neat. Could hardly tell he had been there. The price was very reasonable as well.
