“I visited Sedona with a friend and booked a trapeze yoga class and massage at Emerald Waves. The studio and people there have a family feel, and we felt so comfortable there. We had some scheduling conflicts and those were resolved so quickly for us, with the owner, Christine, opening up the studio to provide a last-minute personal trapeze class for us! It was very personalized and so much fun. We also had an incredible massage with Nichole of Sedona Body Works in the studio. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and knowledgable.“

“Nina has fixed me now THREE TIMES after M.D.'s failed me! The first time, I could hardly walk due to a leg issue that came on suddenly and made my knee hurt and feel really strange. I had MD's check out my leg but could they not figure out how to treat my knee. This went on for MONTHS. Nina, after I described how it felt, said "That's because it's your hip not your knee" - worked on it once and I was pretty much back to normal within days. Then I tripped and fell and sprained my ankle VERY BADLY coming down Cathedral Rock. MD took xray confirming it wasn't broken and sent me on my way, wishing me well. Nina was on it immediately, bringing the swelling down at least 75% and then advised how to care for it leading to a full recovery. After having my ears cleaned this summer, my jaw was suddenly out of whack and my entire neck ached. I had been out of town and assumed it would just go away. It was just as bad when I returned to Sedona a month later. One session with Nina and I am back to normal! Better than normal, as my ankle had begun to bother me again on my trip, and THAT was better after she worked on my jaw! This is the beauty of wholistic healing. Everything is connected and everything is affected! And it FEELS GOOD when she works on me! I cannot recommend Nina highly enough.“

“MAGICAL LUANA! So I read these reviews and decided to have a session with Luana. Not sure if she did reiki, or massage, or some kind of magical mystery formula but my session was HEAVEN!!! I don't even know how to describe it??!!She is incredibly gifted and I did leave feeling like I was "floating" out the door!I rarely write reviews and I am a very tough critic, so I was thrilled to have such an incredible experience! My only upset is that I don't live in Sedona so I can't see her regularly :(.She is truly incredible from her personal kind energy, to the supportive language she uses, to her magical process, to her inner spirit and talent.
