I had an issue with my frames. When I returned to Eye Shop I was introduced to Krysta. She was amazing. She helped me find a better frame, and when the glasses came in she made sure they fit, encouraged me to return if they needed a bit of adjustment and promised me that if the prescription was inadequate she would make sure that would be corrected. I am pleased with the customer care and would recommend the Eye Shop to all.

When I had to find a new Eye doctor my choices were somewhat limited due to my insurance. I’m so glad I was able to find Dr Shaver and The Eye Shop! Everyone has been great making it a smooth transition from a provider I had been with for 15 years. I would recommend Dr Shaver and The Eye Shop to anyone! Very friendly staff and a nice clean office with new technology.
