When I was there; Ian (ian_loughlin_tattooer) had set aside like a large amount of time for consultation alone with a client, and the piece (which i believe wasn’t finished) looked incredible.

the artist that did my tattoo was Lindsay, (@lindsaydorman) who thoughtfully helped me through the process of getting a bigger piece & coverup done, she not only has a keen eye for detail & a respect for art as a whole but also kept checking in to make sure i felt comfortable and was having a positive experience which can make all the difference several hours in.

on that note, the environment here is incredibly supportive and welcoming. many places claim this but sometimes fall short in one or two areas, which i couldn’t find here. there really is an air of belonging and non judgement, completely separate from the experience of the actual tattoo just being in spaces like this can feel very rejuvenating.“
