No issues with the stylists or their work, but am missing my appointments because of the app. The times listed are not accurate and the accompanying texts come too late. I’ve missed my last two appointments that I’ve made because of the inconsistency of the notifications. This location is one of the busiest in the valley so it’s definitely not tenable to come to the store and wait. You do really need to use the check-in feature online. I like this place and the stylists always do a good job. I am disappointed about the attention to detail. For example, I went during March madness and had about a 40 minute wait. EVERY TV in the place had the Women's Big 10 gymnastics playing. Not sure any client was there to see that. Please put better programming on your TVs.Service: Haircut

So I have been coming to this store for about 7 months now and i have never had a bad experience! My stylist is Sierra, I have seen her specifically over the last few months as she has cut my hair exactly how I want it and never fails. Lines are always perfect and she has a great personality too making conversation very easy to talk with her. She also has, in my opinion, has the best scalp massage. I shave my head bald because that is how I like it but then with the was she does the scalp massage with the right pressures and speed that it is comfortable to almost put me to sleep.
