Optimum was axing to work with. The tile layers were very professional and did an amazing job matching our bedroom tile to the hall and bathrooms. The office staff was amazing. Very easy to work with and helpful in every step of the way. I won't use anyone else and will recommend them to all my friends and family
My experience with Optimum Home Solutions was a positive one. Selena was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time for me to choose product. Communication was top notch. We did encounter a problem that was no fault of Optimum, and Joe personally came to my home to view my concerns, and made sure those concerns were taken care of.
