The inside of this nail salon is so nice. It has an elegant touch to it. The staff was very kind. I made an appointment and they were ready for us when we got there. It was at the end of the night and it felt a bit rushed. I don't live in queen creek so this isn't my normal spot. My place give an ice massage. They did a real quick massage here. That would be the only thing I would say that could have made the visit better. Everything else was great.
Requested style: I like almond shape on my manicure but not too pointed. She did it.
Cleanliness: She cleaned my feet after the treatment.
Stylist: Jenny. She asked me what shape of the nails I want. She also suggested the solid color to make my sparkling color pop up.
This is my third time at nail care lounge. I have even brought my whole family here for pedicures. We all agree that it has some of the best customer service that we have ever received at a nail salon. I have gone to Tony for my full set. He is very friendly, and thorough. The whole place is very clean and inviting. They play upbeat house music, which I love! The pedicure chairs are awesome and very comfortable. I have had two pedicures here so far. Highly recommend.
