We are so happy that we found this emergency vet tonight! From the start we felt their caring and compassion for our precious pup and for us as pet parents. Often when you need emergency care for your pet it takes so long to wait to be seen and then to find out the plan of care and then wait even longer for your pet to actually be taken care of. There was none of that tonight. We experienced a caring and efficient environment where we felt warmth and comfort from all the staff from the start and throughout the whole process of getting our sweet fur baby the care she needed! The staff here is amazing. Called a few others in the area and this clinic did not have a wait. We re-rputed to get our pup in fast and I am so thankful I did. From my initial call to my arrival the staff was very accommodating. Dr Lindquist was amazing and thorough. Luckily it was nothing major and we went on our way. I’m so glad I found them! Highly recommend this clinic!!
So happy with this facility- they took great care of our puppy and we really appreciated the good communication. They explained all the treatments in detail and followed up with phone calls. Staff is very friendly and made us feel comfortable in an emergency situation.
