Brent and his team at Gateway Heating & Cooling are my go to HVAC contractor. They are always price competitive and willing to fit me into their busy schedule. I've priced and used the competition and now only use Gateway Heating & Cooling.

When it became clear that we needed a new AC unit about 5 years ago, Gateway installed a new American Standard unit as a good price. After 4 years, it developed a problem. I called Gateway and they recognized the symptoms as a factory defect and they came the next morning and replaced the defective part at no charge. They are now my company of choice for all AC work.

Gateway is a great company I have used them on several occasions and the always come through. They are honest, I can trust them to diagnose the problem and I can trust their assessment.
