It has been a few days since Jose Galvez came to my rescue and fixed both of may AC units. I am current enjoying 78 inside temp comparing to 107. Prior to finding Galvez AC, I had another company came and they said the unit needs a new contactor (needing the AC working I agree to the overpriced $500 fee). When that doesn't work he suggested it needs a new $1600 control board. I am so thankful that they don't have it in stock and I was able to find Jose. He came on a Sunday and worked tireless for 3 hours, up in the attic and probably over 105 degrees, to properly diagnose the real problem and get both unit working. As we all know when it’s time to replace our HVAC system it’s one of the most difficult decisions to make. Galvez AC and Refrigeration was recommended to me from a very close friend of mine. Mr. Galvez maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had regarding the replacement of my HVAC systems (Both were replaced simultaneously).The best thing about my experience with the purchase was there was no pushy salesman. Which means better pricing for us as customers. Also when the CEO owner is out here working alongside his crew to get the job complete speaks volumes for me as a consumer.
