I was grateful for their gentleness and empathy for my sister and her family. Particularly one staff member, a woman, but I unfortunately forgot her name. She was kind, explained things in a way that wasn’t harsh or direct, kept an open mind, and offered my sister and her husband many different options from start to finish. I loved that, considering that they have never had to bury someone before and had to be so involved in the process. Although the circumstances were difficult and heavy, she lightened the load by being constantly available for any questions, concerns, and changes. We are very grateful.“
