Called to make a new patient appointment so that I could get a cleaning and the receptionist said I couldn't get a cleaning until my second visit. So now I have to take off time from work for 2 days instead of just one. Why? Next.......

Told us routine dental services would be covered by insurance and after completing the services found out our insurance didn't cover it. don't have any dental work done at this office unless you have talked with your insurance first and verified that it's covered.
