We recently discovered that our 9 year old roof was leaking and not only required repair but had potentially damaged the drywall inside the house. APR was recommended to us by the gentleman who painted the exterior of our house a few years ago. J.J. came quickly to investigate and even suggested he could help us with an insurance claim. Unfortunately our insurance wouldn’t cooperate but J.J. patched the leaks and determined the drywall to be safe; just requires painting. He also pointed out that we were facing a larger problem on the roof due to flaws in the actual roof build. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He laid out our options and gave us an estimate for the complete repair of the roof which comes with a ten year warranty. He also offered a veterans discount which is always appreciated.
