I find them to be very trustworthy, they have knowledgeable and respectful technicians who are very willing to help explain what they are testing, expected manufacturing specifications for each test, what they found (they take snapshots of readings for unit history) and provide solid reasons for any recommendations they may have. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.
