Extremely welcoming and clean studio, all the instructors here are leaders with their own personal teachings added to each class which is appreciate after 15 years of practicing yoga. Christena leads a class called flow and glow 2.0 that I really felt helped me grow in my own yoga journey and love when it aligns for me to make it to the session she hosts. Their mixed signature class at 75 mins is a wonderful one as well, the 45 min HIIT class is one of those to try as well when you’re short on time but need a sweat!
