Having lived abroad for years and had regular massages in Madagascar, Bolivia, and India, I found it difficult to settle into a satisfying massage plan in Prescott--until a friend gave me a 90-minute gift certificate for a Wellspring massage. Paula was the Best I'd ever had--and still is, as I continue gifting myself these relaxing, revitalizing 90-minute visits to her soothing room and skilled, caring hands. I have been receiving regular massage therapy for 20+ years, per my doctor's recommendation. I recently moved to Prescott and was hoping I could find a massage therapist equal to my therapist in Washington State. How lucky I was to find Paula at Wellspring. She is a real pro! And, I must say, the best massage therapist I've ever seen!

It took me years and at least a dozen different massage therapists before finding Paula. I’ve been seeing her regularly for over a year now. She is a master at her work, the absolute best I’ve been to. She is effective, present, and intentional with her bodywork. She creates a space for you to relax and helps heal your body. I can not say enough nice things about her. Id recommend her to anyone who is wanting a quality massage.
