Christina is a GEM a true Gem in the Prescott yoga world. Interested in yoga she is a must teacher/instructor to connect with whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years. Her knowledge and her connection with with students like me- WOW I just can't say enough incredible things about her......Her massage therapy is also out of this world....she knows her stuff. I am so blessed to have met her and you will be blessed too!
Christena is above exceptional as a person and teacher. She has a gift of giving through her teachings and it resonates unto her students. Shes been an inspiration to me personally in my yoga journey and her classes challenge me to explore deeper into my practice. Thank you!!!!
Christena doesn't simply teach yoga, she teaches spiritual connection with yourself. It isn't always about the asana's. It's about finding yourself and loving yourself again.
