Etsel remotely set up our new computer and transferred the data from the old one in record time! Specific problem of making my Earthlink account work on Outlook (that both Geek Squad and Earthlink were unable to solve) was quickly solved by him. Great guy and so easy to work with - great communicator. Highly recommend!

We are senior citizens who have been customers for a number of years. Whenever we run into computer problems Edsel has been there to take care of our issue. They are very patient andaccommodating.Would highly recommend them.

I wanted to say how much I appreciate Edsel's help with my new computer set-up. Edsel seems to be a patient man and a person would need to be in order to put up with a non-tech individual such as myself. I'll be getting ahold of RescuTechs in the future for various issues or concerns that I may have. It was a good experience dealing with the professionals at RT's.
