Our experience with RES contracting was PHENOMENAL and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering building a custom home.Matt always made the time to respond to emails/texts, answer phone calls and meet in person throughout the build. We received updates with every completed milestone. I've heard horror stories with builders going over budget. The RES team always had our budget and vision in mind with their product recommendations.Overall, RES knocked it out of the park with quality and service!

When we decided to build our house in Prescott we set up appointments with several construction companies. RES was second on the schedule and after talking with them we were so impressed that we cancelled all subsequent appointments. Matt oversaw the building of our house. He took time to understand our needs and budget, recommended the architect and vendors, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and was prompt in obtaining city permits and approvals from the HOA and architectural committee. We found out later that RES is the HOA’s favorite contractor. Shortly after construction began the pandemic struck.
