Prescott Window and Door did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quality of the windows and sliding doors I had put in is outstanding—they look beautiful and have really enhanced the appearance of my condo. The installation process was seamless, with the installers handling everything professionally and efficiently. They taped off areas being worked on and ensured that the space was clean and tidy once the work was complete, making the entire experience hassle-free. I highly recommend Prescott Window and Door for their top-notch service and excellent products!
I love my new windows and doors! My windows were failing and I wanted new doors and windows to also add some quiet to my home, as well as being sealed as much as possible to keep out pests. The Simonton acoustic windows, and my new doors, are beautiful, and I love the fixed windows I chose in a couple rooms. The ambiance and look this gives my home rates PW&D 5 stars.
That being said, the "getting there" part was quite a bit more than I expected. Expect to do quite a bit of painting from where the old windows and doors are demoed out and new ones, and new stucco, if your home is like mine, are installed. We needed a worn-out sliding glass door replaced. The price was reasonable, lower than other quotes we had. The installation was prompt. The stucco work blended nicely. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process.
