Heard through the grapevine there was an Old school gym that I had to check out and this place didn't disappoint!! Called the owner and he said to stop by. He was friendly and accommodating. Great guy and great gym! If you can't find what you're looking for here just give up! Will be back every time I'm in town!

I went to this gym while I worked at FF10 because of the hardcore feeling and old school feeling and I love the ppl there. I miss this gym. It was fun and Ms. Nancy Davis is the gym mom and Josh was a good trainer and wish I could have stayed and competed in a show as I wanted but all LOVE. ❤??????????

If you want to make good progress and have help/ encouragement from great people, come here. If you want good training whether it is body building, powerlifting, or just to stay fit and in shape come here. If you want the biggest assortment of equipment, weights, bars, bands, stretching equipment, and other things, come here. Champions Gym is a real gym and the last of a dying breed, old school equipment that is well taken care of, new equipment that is used and pushed to the limit, people that will be there for you and help you, very clean, very friendly and also very serious! One of the best gyms I have ever stepped foot into and I will never forget this place !
