I called in a panic with what I perceived to be an eye emergency. The person I spoke to was so kind and caring and calmed me down, reassuring me they would take care of me. She got me in within the hour, and I was not even a patient at the time I called. From the moment I walked in I already felt at ease. Dr. Stevens was absolutely incredible and took amazing care of me. She did a thorough exam and got me exactly what I needed to get to feeling better. We LOVE this office, its providers and the customer service. Dr Bundy just left the practice and we’re sad, but we’ll still stay with the practice! ( and we moved out of the area!) Carrie, the optician is AWESOME! I purchased a new pair of glasses and this is the first time they didn’t work well. Carrie was awesome and we’re having the lenses adjusted at no cost.

I was with Rummel Eye Care in Prescott for at least 5 years. I had eye tests once a year. Told I was fine. Becuase of the difficulty of booking an appointment there, I moved to Premiere and Dr. Bundy. My first visit he found AMD Macular Degeneration. Dr. Bundy and all staff at Premier are amazing!!!
