“I've been in and out of chiropractic offices a good part of my life. Injuries from falling or auto accidents have been the major source of the problem. Over the years I seem to need an occasional adjustment, sometimes once a week for awhile and then taper off. A friend of mine suggested that I try Lynell and Company. I will tell you this is not chiropractic, but more like muscle and nerve manipulation and triggering to achieve a similar result. Your body responds in different ways because of the trigger manipulation. It is far less traumatic than jolting bone cracking chiropractic which is a pleasant change for me. It is Bowen Therapy. You can youtube it and get some ideas of what a session is like. I went and saw Analyse. There are other therapists in the office more experienced but a higher cost. Analyse is the only one I have used. She is very good in my opinion. The session is usually an hour and a half to two hours long. I have been pleased and my body is pleased with the difference. Your first session will have your body pretty sore for a couple of days. You might even do some de-toxing. Drink lots of water. Do the ginger foot soak at home for sure. With each visit, your body will be less toxic and you will begin to feel a new balance to your body. You will begin to have fewer kinks and pains. I have been several times and really enjoy the visits. I have not needed chiropractic since.“

“Best PT I’ve ever had! I’ve had PT with 6 different doctors and Dr. Kurt is my favorite. His tool belt of exercises are practical, varied and I felt them working immediately. His guidance gave me the confidence to avoid surgery and get my bum knee back into working condition so I could dance at my wedding!“

“Scott is a wonderful physical therapist, and I have returned to him several times over the years for various injuries. He is very patient and understanding and provides excellent care. The staff is super friendly, and you can tell he enjoys his work. He also has a great bedside manner, which I feel is still a rarity among medical professionals. I highly recommend him if you need PT.“

“Recently visited Mountain Valley to meet with a resident and work on a smooth transfer into assisted living. The team members were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my requests. Shelly in the Care Management Department took her time to discuss next steps and was pleasant. I was impressed with the cleanliness. It is refreshing to know there is another and better option for rehabilitation than some of the others. The resident received daily therapy as promised.“
