I had a scheduled routine maintenance on a RUUD high-efficiency furnace that this company installed in 2017. I've had the unit serviced every year since 2017, mostly by this company. Juan drove to Flagstaff to perform the service today, and did a great job! He communicated all the potential issues that could come up and offered recommendations for keeping my unit maintained to avoid future problems. Yes, the prices are very high, although I haven't compared to other local companies - I trust that Juan is transparent in the quotes he provided.
