I highly recommend Premier Eye Center and Dr. Jon Bundy. I recently experienced a very sudden problem with the vision in my left eye. When I first called the office I felt like the staff really cared about me. When I described my symptoms, they expedited getting me an appointment. I couldn't believe I was able to get in so quickly! During my appointment, I first went through all of the pre-tests with the technician. This young man was also very professional and very kind and compassionate toward me as he saw that I was starting to get really nervous when I realized how bad the vision in my eye was. When Dr. Bundy examined me, he showed such personal concern for me and talked to me so compassionately, trying not to further alarm me. He was not quick to rush to a decision and was very thorough in explaining my condition and the treatment options. The prescription prescribed to me was expedited at the pharmacy and I had it in hand within one half hour of leaving the office! I was also given a priority appointment to get rechecked within less than a week and was told that if my condition were to worsen that they would get me in even earlier so I didn't have to stress over the weekend. My follow up appointment was equally as positive. I could sense that Dr. Bundy was genuinely personally concerned about me and listened carefully to all my concerns and even offered to do further research to address some of my questions. This is one of the best experiences I've had with any medical treatment in my lifetime. I highly recommend this office. Every person I dealt with there was amazingly kind and caring. Thank you!

Finally!!!!! After looking for good eye care we found Premier Eye Center. They are a wonderful and professional office. Dr Bundy is excellent and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend.

8/04/22-Premier Eye Center-Apologize for the delay in this review. If it wasn't for Dr. West, Linda, Ryan, Zepher, Krista and Heathers' kindness and quick 7 eye tests I may have gone blind, due to the discovery of a Detached Retina. They were simply AWESOME! The tests were easy and painless and the total cost out the door in an emergency was very fair for someone with no insurance. They tried for over 45 minutes to get me into a last second appointment anywhere at the end of the day and were able to get me into Associated Retina in PHX, got there 30 minutes before they closed, only client left in the building. It was well worth the drive and I'm sure it saved me from going blind, now over 3 months later I'm STILL so grateful for their actions.
