Am not happy about being charged nearly double of agreed price. We are retired and on fixed income. I am giving them star for billing and 4 for the service. Not ethical at all.I was very pleased with the work, however,they charged nearly double the agreed upon amount of $250.00I was not happy when a bill for $495.00 showed up on my credit card statement. I won't have them back due to this.

After hiring several local services, Shannon and her crew did a great job! All at a reasonable price as well! Great attention to detail and we will continue to use them going forward... Highly recommend!

Shannon and her crew cleaned my home as I moved out and readied it for real estate listing. They were amazing...professional, on time, GREAT work, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any cleaning needs.....wow. They did an amazing job on a 3700 sq ft home with two levels. The places sparkles now for the time it will get listed. Will definitely use again maybe even monthly, they are so detail oriented and attentive, If York's ever need cleaning services in Prescott Kastle Keepers is awesome!
