I recently heard about Colonhydrotherapy and decided to try it out. I am so glad I did! I am feeling much lighter and more clearheaded than ever. Lauren was a very gentle and knowledgeable therapist, and I would recommend anyone who wants to experience more balance in their health to visit her.

I was nervous at first but Lauren made me feel comfortable. After my first session I was hooked. I could feel my colon opening and relaxing as I began to eliminate toxins from my system. It helped me bring awareness to this part of my body and release.
