Called Franklin when another company was a no-show! They were here in less than 1 days! Ian figured out my problem, fixed it and was on his way in short order! I am REALLY looking forward to my first HOT SHOWER in 3 days!! Thanks Ian and Franklin! If you need help....don't hesitate to call them!

the service was great. they really know there business, I have had many plumbers and this was the best! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. the price was more then reasonable and really they were the best of 5 other companies
