Franklin Plumbing scheduled a plumber immediately while I was on the phone and Dominic was here within 30 minutes. He analyzed the problem with the water heater and ordered, delivered and installed a new one the next morning. Communication was excellent with Franklin Plumbing and with Dominic. Dominic was so personable and a pleasure to work with. Can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.

Cannot praise our experience with Franklin Plumbing highly enough. After having our counters replaced, Cade & Joe were here, on time, as promised, to install six faucets & four sinks. They were both very helpful in dealing with our issues. Work done was professional, timely & at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Franklin Pluming Services really helped me out! They were able to get me in same day and the communication was prompt. They even sent me a text with a picture of the plummer coming over so I knew who to look for. TJ was friendly and clean and made quick work of my plumbing issue.
