I had a great experience buying a new car today at Findlay Hyundai Prescott. It was efficient and painless! Remember when you spent hours grinding on price? It seemed like you were there for hours while made you sweat. Yesterday was completely unlike that. Salesman Tony Meckarowski and I came to financial terms very quickly, and what a deal! I went through credit check and then the once-dreaded finance department very quickly. From past experience, I remember signing hundreds of pages; now they have this very slick tablet based Docusign-like system. It took 20 minutes to finish with Finance. And I love my new Tucson. It was a great experience overall. I hope everyone has the pleasure of doing business with these folks.
I have been looking for a Tucson hybrid for over a year and a half waiting my time to pick my spot I came across Zack , my sales advisor who went out of his way to help me organize my down payment he ran numbers in his head so that I understood the consequences of my actions to , he went to Ben the general manager of the dealership and explain to him how I was obtaining my down payment by selling stock and incurring capital gains at that point then made a decision to offer me manufacturer's cash so that I would it would help lessen the blow of the capital gains taxes I would have to pay helping me get into the comfort zone so that I could sign the contract , then also was able to allow me various options on the vehicle that were added on to close the deal Zach and others told me I got a great deal I got the best deal they were aware of I feel with my trade in I got a fair and Equitable deal they gave me the car I asked for they took my trade in and gave me a fair price not a great price for the trade in it was a fair and Equitable deal and they went the extra mile to put me in the comfort zone so that I was willing to sign the contract on a 43,000 car
We were looking for a specific model/color combination Santa Fe Hybrid and could not find one in Las Vegas. We made a call to Findlay in Prescott and spoke with Zach and within two days he not only found the vehicle that we wanted, he and our son- in-law negotiated a deal that was equitable to both parties. We drove to Prescott and within an hour of arriving the transaction was completed! It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had.
