It was such a pleasure working with Emma and her skills are unbelievable. I don't think that there could be a project that involves fabric that she couldn't handle. She took a ho-hum boring upholstered headboard and made us a wow ensemble. Her pricing is very fair and she accomplished it in a very favorable time frame. I definitely would use her again
Emma responded within minutes with all of the information that I had asked for and was super accommodating. And this was at 6 a.m. on New Years Day. I was very impressed and later today I will be dropping off some clothes that need alterations. Will post and review again after work has been completed.
Emma did a FLAWLESS hem on my wedding dress!!! I highly highly recommend for any and all alteration needs! Wedding dresses are a big deal. I am more than grateful to have found Emma because she took special care of my dress and did a perfect job. Not only am I thankful for her excellent work, I loved that she was in Prescott. I was dreading having to drive down to the Phoenix area as I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to drop off, go back for a fitting, and pick up. She communicated well, was super sweet and gave me privacy while it got into my dress. She helped zip me up before pinning the hem. She also gave me her professional opinion on what would look best. I was unsure if I only needed a hem in the front or if it was needed to hem all around. I let her know I wanted to keep the train long. She advised that all around would look best for proportions and the train will not be affected much in length. Putting full trust in her I left my wedding dress and let her do her magic. She let me know when she started to work on it and when it was ready. We did a fitting incase there were any adjusted that needed attention. It was perfect!! My dress was not a one layer floor gown. It was an A Line that had about 5-6 layers of glitter tulle. They lined up nicely and flowed flawlessly. She took care of my dress and there were no issues at all. After the fitting she helped place it safely into the garment bag. I thanked her for her excellent work, her kindness and care of my wedding dress. Her pricing is fair for the work she had to do. I already have other things lined up to have Emma work on. as 100% happy customer thanks again!!
