I have hard wood flooring about 20+ yrs. old. A couple of years ago I inquired with someone about refinishing the wood floors and I was told by that person not possible and should think about changing the flooring. Well, during the Home & Garaden Show at our Event Center in PV I happened to park next to a vehicle advertising Delta Plus Floors/New floors and refinishing. I called Delta Plus and spoke with Charlie, Owner, he came to my house looked over my hard wood floors, and to my surprise, Charlie told me that my hard wood floors could be refinished. Our wood floor had been significantly degraded by renters.We had tried a couple of different restorers, but they did not even get back to us with estimates. Charlie came out within a few days of our phone call. He was very enthusiastic about how much better the floor would look after he had refinished it.After his first visit, we quickly received an estimate. After we agreed to the work, we were put on the schedule about two weeks out. A couple of days later, because he had a cancellation, we were moved to the next day.The first part of our project was demo of some tile and installation of matching wood floor.
