My daughter came here to get her ears pierced and they did an outstanding job. We called quite a few establishments, but we chose Dark Heart as they were so helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us over the phone. When we arrived at the store, they went above and beyond to assist us and were phenomenal at making my daughter feel at ease and comfortable. Because of the staff, she wasn't even nervous! They were professional, kind, helpful, friendly, and gave superior customer service. I would highly recommend Dark Heart.
Went in to get my nose pierced and the vibe was prefect! I was so nervous and they made me feel relaxed and loved. Definitely going to take my kids here when they are ready to get their ears pierced. Recommend this place!
