Every member of their team, including their subcontractors, are incredibly responsive, care about what you think, and especially about the quality of their workmanship. They all genuinely care about the commitment they have made to YOU to build YOUR home. We are so pleased about our recent experience building a new home in Prescott with Crystal Creek! From the owners to the office staff to the superintendent, the process was transparent, efficient, and professional (even fun!). They really know what they’re doing! The subcontractors expressed genuine care about the quality of their work, and it showed! The house was completed in less time than projected, and the cost was fair. No money was spent which was not first approved by us as the owners. It’s so refreshing to have hired a builder with integrity.
