Very thorough throughout the building planning and building process. The build supervisor we had was absolutely great! Building is a challenge to say the least but Scott and his entire staff did their best when challenges arose.

We just made our seconds Prescott area purchase under the watchful eye of Bill Stewart of Crystal Creek Realty. Bill is knowledgeable, professional and stays on top of EVERY detail. Bill is a Prescott valley native. He earned degrees and worked with major banks out of the area then returned to Prescott armed with knowledge well above the average Agent on how to professionally manage real estate transactions. He steers buyers toward great properties based on their desires and is quick to point out problems/challenges to excited buyers. You absolutely know what you are buying when you work with Bill! We purchased a parcel of land then a transition home to move to while we build. If people did business like Bill Stewart the world would be a better place!

Crystal Creek built our home in 2018. We went through the design and build process with them from out of the state and had an excellent experience. We started communicating from the time we found a lot to build. Scott Nalda helped walk us through the entire process. We communicated daily by phone and text and received pictures almost every day during the build process. All of their vendors helped walk us through the process of picking out every item for the house and are all very experienced and helpful as well.
