Comfort Pro Heating & Cooling recently installed a ductless mini-split 2 unit heat pump system in my house that covers the entire living area plus an open-walled study. The owner was very thorough calculating what would be required in equipment to cool and heat the area and in explaining my options to adequately cover the square footage of the area. The system installed works wonderfully! The prep, installation and clean-up was performed by a team in a very professional manner. Very professional quick communicative and responsive service. We need a new unit but Sean didn't try to upsell us - just gave us all the options and repaired what was needed at the moment.
Great pre-visit contact system. (Don't think I've ever had a service tech introduce himself and his family by text prior to coming by!) Friendly, punctual service rep; checked with us before performing repair that had been diagnosed. Reasonable pricing. Good follow-up with pictures and full explanation of what was done. Will happily recommend!
