My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences with Charlie's. We recently had facials done and will definitely reschedule. Will only go to Charlie's for pedicures.

3 stars because the pedicure was ok. I had acrylics put on. The nails are not even and look wonky. The picture is of one hand. Both hands look like this, and cuticles on both hands are sore.

The first couple of times I came here my nails were pretty good. I went today for a gel fill and I don't know if the nail tech I had was having a bad day or not feeling well or what, but my nails are looking rough. The nails themselves are uneven, the polish and top coat is lumpy, there are random chunks of gel, my old color is showing through in spots, and the design is poorly done. This is after I continuously asked her to fix these things. I am very disappointed.
