We are building our new home and went to Barrett Floors to pick out the flooring for the entire house. Michael was the rep that assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us with our choices. Michael was also helpful in color coordinating the flooring so it flows from one room to another.

We worked with Aubrey to replace our kitchen quartz countertops and ceramic backsplash. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of work done, and in a timely manner by all of their subcontractors/employees. They also handled the unexpected need to replace the drywall behind the backsplash in a way that did not impact our schedule. Lastly the service manager (Tom) himself did some final small drywall and texturing touchup (that would have been very difficult to find a texture person to do such a small project). We highly recommend this company.

The owner, Christopher, is honest & trustworthy. When there was an issue with the work a sub-contractor performed on my shower his team came through. Tom quickly/professionally analyzed the situation and Christopher decided that only a major fix would completely solve the problem. His main tile-man, Greg, came in and diligently demo'd and reconstructed the floor and surround. All three individuals deserve kudo's for character and integrity.
Barrett Floors is a company I highly recommend as they did the right thing at substantial inconvenience. Thank you.
