I responded to a FB add posted by Erica Candice offering colors for $50. I sent photos in advance of the color and cut I wanted. I went in to Hair Affair and saw Erica a month ago now, after paying $120 (which I regret doing just to avoid a scene). My cut and color were both so embarrassing I wore a beanie for days while waiting for a resolution. Erica Ashley Smith, the manager of Hair Affair, offered to attempt to correct my color but also refused a refund. While waiting I bleached the red out myself at home (before our family reunion!) and since got the color and cut corrected elsewhere, at my expense of another $120. Now my color is good but after Erica Candice used thinning sheers along the bottom of my hair, it all had to be cut to be presentable. Now my hair is far shorter than I wanted and now I have to live with that while it grows out. As of today, both Erica and Hair Affair are still refusing a refund. It's so embarrassing all around.
