Well, I called up Tony out of the blue (although I have been using Argosy West for the last 25 years) and he helped me reconnect with my 2022 laptop, whose password I had completely forgotten. I highly recommend this store, as they KNOW THEIR STUFF! and are willing to spend some time on the phone or in person to help you with any Mac issues.

Absolutely awesome service. Had a 2018 MacBook Pro that restarted every 2 minutes. The problem turned out to be bad RAM that was soldered to the board and couldn’t be fixed (the part was as much as a new machine). I bought a new laptop and they were able to rescue ALL the data (that I failed to back up properly). Lifesavers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
